Scholarship Tips


Searching and applying for scholarships can take a long time but can be worth the effort!  Here are a few tips:

1.)  Go to the financial aid sites of the institutions to which you are applying and check out the available awards.

2.)  Check into any affiliations you and your parents/guardians have.  Often the clubs, associations, workplaces and religious organizations you are affiliated with will have awards.  Does Your Parent Work Here? If your parent or legal guardian is employed with one of the companies in this list, you may be eligible for a scholarship.  Go to https://juno.aucc.ca/wes/hes.aspx?pg=976.  If you have trouble with the link search from www.aucc.ca.
